When we assessed their electricity bill we actually found that their energy usage was not high enough to justify that much solar and that they only needed a 3kW system. This saved them several thousand dollars that would have yielded them no benefit. Another customer brought their generator in to our workshop that they were previously advised replacing it was their only option & they would have to wait & order it in. Once our team had a look over it we assessed that it was able to be repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new one and within a reasonable amount of time. Instead of just forging ahead with a quick & easy sale, we looked a little deeper into what the best solution for these customers would be and delivered superior results.
